First, the veneer should pay attention to moisture-proof during the construction process.
Before installation, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place to prevent sunlight exposure, and the stacking must be flat;
The second is that the sanding effect of the factory panel is not good. Before construction, use fine sandpaper to clean the surface dust and dirt to ensure a smooth appearance;
Before installing the veneer again, a qualified primer must be painted on the surface of the veneer to prevent stains from staining and affecting the visual effect. Then you must choose a qualified adhesive, and the water content must be qualified, so as not to affect the appearance of the panel.
The third is that the decorative wall must be completely dry, the moisture-proof layer must be dry, and the wood must be dry to prevent the decorative board from being wet and discolored.
Brush the panel surface with nitro varnish.
After each brushing, you need to wait 30-60 minutes for the paint to dry, then sand the veneer again with sandpaper, and then paint a second time.
According to the previous process and so on, generally three or more paint constructions are required to ensure that the surface of the veneer is fresh and shiny.
After the application is completed, it is necessary to continue to apply the primer twice.
Then, the pinholes left in the construction process are filled with ash, and strong glue is used instead of nailing. Once the holes are patched, continue to brush five times as in the previous method until the nail holes are completely invisible.
Protect with cardboard.
After all the processes are completed, protect it with paper, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, avoid using it in the air outlet of the air conditioner, beside the heating hood, or in a humid place, causing unnecessary mold, discoloration, cracking and other problems.
